Sevilla Airport is located ten kilometres northeast of the Hispalic capital, between the municipalities of Seville and La Rinconada, and is well connected to the centre of Seville by the N-IV (E5) highway. In 2004 2.7 million passenger movements were recorded and increasing at a rate of about 15% per year. (Although 1992 recorded nearly 3 million).

There are regular national flights to Sevilla from Madrid, Barcelona, Arrecife, Bilbao, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Palma de Mallorca, Santiago de Compostela and Tenerife, Valencia, Vigo.
There are also regular International flights to and from Amsterdam, Brussels, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, London Heathrow, Gatwick and Stanstead, Lisbon, Milan, Munich, and Paris.

ARRIVALS

Once baggage has been reclaimed, and after passing through customs in the case of passengers from international flights, passengers go to the arrivals lounge, where they will find local car hire services, the Baggage Information Office, the Aena office, a cafeteria and the tourist office.

DEPARTURES
|
|
|
Passengers access the departures lounge from the pavement, check in at one of the 42 available check-in desks, then go either to the catering area to await the announcement of their flight, or to the preboarding area.

CAR RENTAL

Sevilla Airport has a car hire service. You can pick up your rental car by visiting the car rental desks situated on the ground level.

The Sevilla airport taxis can be found on the ground floor just outside the arrivals hall. A one-way trip to Sevilla will cost you around € 20,00 for a 15 munite drive.

BUS SERVICE
|
|
|
Buses run every 30 minutes between the airport and Puerta de Jerez, with stops at Palos de la Frontera Street, the Santa Justa train station and next to the Alfonso XIII Hotel in Calle de la Constitucion. Current timetables are available from the airport information desk. Taxis are available from outside the terminal building and run to central Seville and other nearby locations.

AIRPORT TRAIN

There are no train connections to and from the airport. From the Santa Justa Train Station in Sevilla high speed trains leave to many different destinations in Spain.
